Lighting designer Jessie Addinall is offering an opportunity for somebody based in Hull to shadow them on the production of Baby, He Loves You.
The opportunity is for people who are in their early career or who have no experience and would like an insight into lighting design.
You will be able to spend as much or as little time as you like following Jessie as they provide a window into the design process, from rehearsals to production meetings, design development and finishing off with technical rehearsals and dress rehearsals.
Whether you’re interested in the process as a whole or would like to know more about certain parts, Jessie can tailor the experience to your interests. As the shadowing opportunity is unpaid there will be no expectation around attendance or a time commitment.
Jessie has worked on previous Middle Child shows, including Modest and Us Against Whatever. Their other credits include Pinocchio (Hull Truck Theatre), We Could All Be Perfect (Sheffield Theatres) and Brief Encounter (New Wolsey Theatre; Wiltshire Creative). See their website for more information.
