Terms and Conditions for Middle Child’s 10th Birthday Party at Social

 

  1. Should you require a refund on your ticket, a full refund minus the Eventbrite administration fee will be available up to seven days prior to the party.
  2. In the unlikely incident that Middle Child cancel the party, ticket holders will be given the option of a full refund, minus any Eventbrite administration fees.
  3. Middle Child will follow any updated Government guidance regarding Covid 19 and related safety measures. Any changes will be communicated to bookers in advance of the performance.
  4. Customers must respect any safety measures put in place by the venue (Social) or Middle Child, including a strong recommendation to wear face coverings when moving around the venue.
